Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale.

If you need to return an item, we offer store credit only, subject to the following conditions:

You must contact us within [X days – e.g., 14 or 30 days] of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated postage or insurance.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

The store credit can be used toward any future purchase of equal or greater value. Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and does not expire.

Please note that we cannot accept returns shipped collect-on-delivery (COD) or without prior authorization.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

FACTORY87 reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

RETURNS IN CANADA AND THE USA

Return shipping charges for orders returned from the Canada are the responsibility of the customer. All Canadian returns must be shipped via Canada Post, returns shipped via other services will incur brokerage fees and/or duties which will be deducted from the credit/refund you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label, returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable (we recommend Priority Mail International) as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

All US returns must be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS), returns shipped via other services will incur brokerage fees and/or duties which will be deducted from the credit/refund you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label, returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable (we recommend Priority Mail International) as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return shipping charges for orders outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship your return via a postal service (Royal Mail, Australia Post, EMS, etc.), returns shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS will incur brokerage fees which will be deducted from the credit/refund you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return shipping label, returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate items. 

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
